YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours and will not hold vessels for late arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*These tickets are non-refundable. If you miss your cruise, you may present your confirmation as a standby/walkup ticket for any cruise of equal or lesser value available on our website.
